Arc Flash Training

Duration: 2 hours

NFPA 70E “Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace” covers work practices, special equipment requirements and installation requirements needed for personnel safety, to help protect workers from devastating electrical arcs which can originate from live equipment at any voltage level. The standard requires calculating available arc incident energy and labeling equipment to protect employees. Employees must be trained on the hazards of the equipment they work on.
